Dating a lost art?

Time and time again many have said chivlary is dead and women have killed. But it seems that dating is dying also and both genders are contributing to the death. What happend to getting to know someone before jumping in the bed. 

 The grasp of  free love is long gone since the  emergence of  AIDS/HIV  on the sexual disease scene. But it seems that no one cares about it and think that AIDS/HIV is a myth like big foot of loch ness monster. 

While on the other hand  men complain that women are gold diggers and women complain men are broke. For that I say have some damn standards. Maybe if you put on your list that you want a man with employment and don't falter you may not be as surprised on a first date. 

Men sometimes look beyond the glitz and glamour. 

But what is your outlook on this dying art form ? 

True Colors?

 It is hilarious to see how the masses are coming up with every excuse on why Obama can not be President.   Why can't everyone just be honest and say that they do not want an African American for President.   

Nope just hide behind the political bull  to not show how America's race relations just sucks.  For those who say it does not please step outside of the lollipop fields you live in and wake up.    I  do support Barack Obama and not because he is young or the fact that he is African American  solely. I support him because  I agree with most of his politics.

  

   I do believe that at times like this we need a government to stand  up and do something. Not saying to control our lives,  but hell  just help the burden a little.  Let these businesses know that they can not treat every citizen like Kleenex blowing their snot onto us. 

But I digress Obama is a good candidate as is John McCain, but it seems that Fox News and sometimes even beloved CNN trash Obama. He does not have the experience for this job.  We  currently have a President he may be a  little slower than average and by  his policy sure as hell has no experience, but the majority ( not including me) elected this man.  No one truly question our current President when coming into office and look  where that got us. 

I simply state stop lying to ourselves and be truthful.   When the nation can realize it  problems we can try and work from there, but acting like race does not exist  will not make it go away.  The rest of the world is ready to accept him, but us. 

 I also think that you need to truly think that electing a man whose own party basically punked  him the first time around  be President would be good the second time around ? A  man  who  can not relate to the growing diverse land we call America.  I think America should be represented by someone who truly represent this ever growing and changing nation.
